Wright’s Rosemary & Garlic Focaccia 500g Bread mix

Posted by Fidel Gastro on September 09, 2009 in Recipes tagged with

Wright's Rosemary & Garlic Focaccia is truly a treat to make simply add water and oliver oil to the mix with the flour and set the breadmaker on it's way. The fun part being is adding the rest of the oliver oil when it's half risen. I will try adding the olive oil before it's risen next time as I think it will add a crispy crust tasting of olive oil. Wright's Rosemary & Garlic Focaccia is another great bread mix and for about 75p you can't go wrong. If  you've got a bread maker try Wright's Rosemary & Garlic Focaccia it's what your bread maker is for.
